ANY ORDERS TAKEN WITH LESS THAN 2 WEEKS NOTICE WILL REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT UP FRONT

 

ALL MONIES RECEIVED ARE NON REFUNDABLE UNLESS WE HAVE TO CANCEL AN ORDER. IN THIS INSTANCE A FULL REFUND OF ANY MONEY PAID WILL BE GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER.

DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE FREE WITHIN A 2 MILES RADIUS OF MERRYOAK SOUTHAMPTON. AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE IS APPLIED FOR DELIVERIES FURTHER A FIELD, THE PRICE WILL BE STATED ON YOUR ORDER FORM.

 

ANY STANDS HIRED FROM THE COMPANY MUST BE RETURNED BY THE DATE STATED ON YOUR ORDER FORM  ANY STAND DEPOSITS OWED WILL BE PAID BACK ON RECEIPT OF THE STAND ( THE STAND DEPOSIT WILL BE STATED SEPARATELY ON YOUR ORDER FORM), ANY DAMAGES OR IF THE STAND IS LOST THEN THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED BY THE COMPANY TO REPLACE THE ITEM.

All general quotes are valid for 28 days, wedding quotes 14 days. Once deposit is paid you are guaranteed the price in the quote.

 

Clause:  Cakey Madness will not take responsibility for damages once product has been collected from our address or after delivery, any damage in transit will be repaired or refunded. Should we have to cancel your order due to illness or unforeseen circumstances a full refund of all monies will be paid.

 

Buying From Us;

 

When you place an order with us, you do so in accordance with the terms of our agreement, subject to our acceptance of your order by us. We accept your order on despatch of the goods ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. The processing of your payment/deposit and acknowledgement of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

 

Each cake is made to order.  We do not replicate cakes from Google images or other sources alike, we will however make it as liable as possible while using our own creative skill.

 

Each order is made to a satisfactory quality and complies with all food safety, statutory and regulatory requirements in the UK. We will not be responsible for customers disappointment in design as long as the cake is made inline with the customers requirements.

 

All designs and intellectual property rights remain the property of  Cakey Madness. We reserve the rights to use images of your cake for the purpose of all means of advertising, such as our web page, social media, flyers, competitions and during events.

 

Liability;

 

We are not liable for any loss of profits, income, or business or for any loss of savings, business interruption or any indirect or direct or consequential losses.

 

 Rarely there may be pieces of egg shell found inside the product, This generally has no ill effect, We take every care to ensure this doesn't happen but will not take any responsibility  if it should.

 

If your cake contains figures made from Sugar paste, although edible, we advice not to be consumed as they may contain dried spaghetti or dowels for reinforcement.

 

Our cake are made in an environment where, Nuts, Eggs, Dairy, Wheat, and other allergens are present, Therefore we cannot guarantee free from products, However we make every effort ensure that allergies are accommodated.

 

Advice of cake care will be given when signing a cake release form, Cakes must be kept in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, They must NOT be refrigerated unless  advised to by us. All cakes should be consumed within 2-3 days of delivery/collection, but expiry date will be written on your form.

 

Events Beyond Our Control;

 

We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered here under that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (included but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, acts of god, strikes, lockouts, or other industrial disputes)

 

 

 

Our Rights To Cancel Orders;

 

We may cancel any orders by notice in writing to you if you are in breach of our agreement, you become unable to pay your debts when they fall due or proceedings are commenced by or against you alleging bankruptcy or insolvency or an administrator, receiver or administrative receiver is appointed over all apart of your undertaking and assets. Upon cancellation, any money due to us in respect of the cancelled order(s) shall become immediately due and payable and we shall be under no further obligation to supply goods to you.
