Hello there!

My name is Jo, I started baking cupcakes back in 2012 just for fun,

​

 But after a while i had so many requests from friends and family to make cakes for them, i decided it was time to turn my little hobby into a part time business in May 2013

​

Since then i have made and designed thousands of celebrations cakes, cupcakes and so on. i have built up a good customer base. (I've even posted cupcakes up to Scotland!) As well as making new cakey friends!

I am mainly self taught although i have attended a few lessons with other cake designers to continue to improve my skills and keep up to date with the latest trends.

​

I have also won Bronze, Silver and Gold awards at Cake International, as well as 1st place and best in show at a village fair.

​

I have a 5* rating with Southampton Environmental Health Department, Hold 2 million Public Liability Insurance and have a Food Hygiene certificate.

 

I am currently working on making tutorial videos and teaching.
